Regina means 'Queen' in Latin. I honestly couldn't think of a better name for this gown. She is all things grandeur, with an incredible off-white tint that reflects beautifully whether in full or low light, and that would flatter absolutely any skin tone. Regina carries incredibly ornate detailing, beading, and embroidery throughout the bust, bodice, and skirt from every side. 
 
She showcases a romantic 'V' dip (without being too low!) in back, giving way to a delicately detailed yet almost feathery-looking edged train. Regina is so versatile that it's honestly hard to say what setting she would belong best in - I could picture her at a city hall, church, hotel, or library - but also in a garden or courtyard.
